- The ability to manage unlimited number of customers, including their personal details, shipping details and special comments.
- The ability to easily find a product by searching through the product database.
- The ability to easily add and delete multiple products to / from the database with just a few mouse clicks.
- The ability to easily optimise product images (JPEG format) when they are added to the database. You can do this simply without requiring any graphics design skills.
- The ability to easily restore a Shopping Cart from a previous session when a customer logs back in.
- The ability to automatically remind a customer in an email that they had unfinished Shopping Cart contents, and the ability to restore these contents by linking directly to your website.
- The ability for anonymous customer to sign up to your mailing list.
- The ability to manage search engine crawlers and whether you wish your site to be indexed. You can also manage your website meta-data (hidden information), which is an effective way of enhancing your search position.
- Customers can be added to distribution lists that you can send emails to by creating Email Events. Email Events simply allow you to create email messages and to set it to send automatically on a specific date. Email Events which are sent repeatedly can be "rolled over" to a new date.
- The ability to specify the GST (if applicable) rate, which is automatically charged during cart check out.
- The ability to specify delivery charge, which is automatically charged during cart check out.
- The ability to view all order Transactions received by Dragon CMS.
- The ability to view who and when you receive visitors to your website, and the ability to filter on these results to see your website traffic.
- The ability to manage a FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) section on your website.
